The BC Racing BR Series is the perfect choice for street driving and the occasional road course or autocross duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine-tuning your compression and rebound plus a separately adjustable ride height, having a performance coilover system could not be any easier. You choose how low or high you want your vehicle to sit (no preset ride height here) and our patented concave lower locking ring keeps it locked securely in place. All of our systems come with pillowball mounts (optional) to provide the most feedback possible from your suspension and to sharpen your steering response. Our available front and rear camber plates also allow you to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. BC Racing offers all of these features while providing a strong, attractive-looking coilover system at a reasonable price.

The BC Racing V1 Series offers the most affordable entry into coilover suspension without sacrificing performance, comfort, build quality, vehicle height, or handling. This is done by extensively testing each vehicle then refining the coilover characteristics as many times as needed to ensure the most well-balanced and affordable aftermarket suspension conceivable.

BC Racing’s new proprietary digressive piston design offers increased damping force at low piston velocities (0-50mm/s) while maintaining a linear damper feel at higher piston velocities. One of the greatest advantages of increased low-speed damping force relates to what the driver feels, e.g., roll, pitch, dive, and quick weight transitions on technical road courses.

BC Racing’s inverted RM Series includes all of the great features from the BR Series and then takes everything a notch higher. By using an inverted coilover system we move the vital damper fluid away from detrimental heat sources to avoid overheating the fluid and causing damper fatigue under extreme conditions. The inverted setup also handles high G-loading better and is much more durable under extended-stress situations, such as a race track. Another advantage is the reduction of unsprung weight by moving the heavy portions to the chassis mounting points. This is a great coilover setup for those looking to attack a road course, hill climb, or tarmac rally.

2-WAY ADJUSTMENT

The BC Racing ER Series Coilover System is the next evolution in your suspension tuning and vehicle setup needs. The ER Series offers 30 clicks of independently adjustable compression and rebound with remote reservoirs to increase oil capacity and help with faster heat dissipation. Each ER Series Coilover System undergoes the same rigorous testing and development as the coilover series that precede it, with the addition of more extensive real-world track testing. For racers and enthusiasts that are looking for more adjustability in terms of varying compression and rebound settings, look no further than the BC Racing ER Series Coilover System.

An optional check valve keeps rebound and compression adjustments separate, reducing oil flow interference. This allows for more accurate tuning, sharper handling, and improved performance under aggressive driving, but may not be ideal for those who prioritize ride comfort.

2-WAY ADJUSTMENT

The BC Racing HM Series Coilover System gets its great qualities from a combination of two previous BC Racing Coilover Systems - the RM Series and ER Series. The HM Series uses an inverted mono-tube damper, just like the RM Series, but adds the independent compression and rebound adjustment of the ER Series. Each HM Series Coilover System uses inverted mono-tube dampers front and rear on McPherson strut vehicles with steel braided lines leading from the top of the damper to the external reservoirs. The external reservoirs allow for a higher oil capacity with the added benefit of increased thermal dissipation, they also house the secondary damping piston.

3-WAY ADJUSTMENT

SERIES

The BC Racing ZR Series Coilovers offer the most adjustability of any BC Racing Coilover System to date. Each ZR Series Coilover System is track tested and developed specifically for racers looking for more damping adjustability than the ER or HM Series can provide. The ZR Series offers 20-clicks of low-speed compression adjustment, 12-clicks of high-speed compression adjustment, and 30-clicks of rebound adjustment. They also offer full height adjustability independent of piston shaft travel and spring compression.
On cars with McPherson struts, the ZR Series comes standard with an inverted mono-tube damper. The damper has a steel braided line exiting the top of the damper leading to the external reservoirs that can be remotely mounted on the chassis for easy adjustment.
Cars with Double A-Arm suspension come with upright dampers. These dampers have steel braided lines or solid stems that exit the damper at the bottom and lead to the external reservoir that can be mounted under the chassis or on the shock body itself.

3-WAY ADJUSTMENT

The BC Racing ZX Series offers the highest level of adjustability within the BC Racing coilover system to date. Designed specifically for racing and track use, the ZX Series features 3-way adjustable damping force, providing 20 clicks of low-speed compression, 12 clicks of high-speed compression, and 30 clicks of rebound adjustment. The ZX Series adopts an upright cylinder design, allowing for the possibility of replacing the upper mount, while combining the excellent characteristics of the DS and ER series. Coupled with ultra-high viscosity index racing shock fluid, the ZX Series can maintain outstanding performance on the track and in drifting competitions for extended periods.

BC Racing’s new adjustable spring perch (ASP) is an excellent solution for customers seeking a lowered stance, but still require the OEM electronic damping system to remain functional. Compared with conventional lowering springs, the BC Racing ASP offers ride height adjustability that seamlessly allows users more flexibility to tailor their chassis to the needs of modern suspension, performance and style.
The vehicle specific custom springs used in the ASP kit are designed to work optimally with carefully calculated OEM damper travel lengths, specifically for lowered ride heights. This package allows you to enjoy OEM-like ride quality combined with height adjustability and increased chassis stability at higher speeds.

The BC Racing EDC Delete Kit is specifically designed for vehicles originally equipped with OE electronic damping control system, effectively eliminates annoying warning lights and error codes when changing suspension to conventional shocks or coilovers, without affecting function of the original electronic control unit. A simple plug-and-play solution requires no decoding or reprogramming of the OE control unit.
